We will accept products for a refund or exchange that have been purchased from xrc.co.nz within 7 days of receipt. The product must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. However, postage will not be refunded and postage back to us is paid by you.
Manufacturing Faults:
If you believe that the item you have bought from us has a manufacturer fault, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will further investigate the matter. If we find that the item does have a manufacturering fault, then we will either refund your money (minus any postage costs) or exchange the product for you.
Damaged Goods / Missing Items:
If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged in the post, we are more than happy to assist with any claims to NZ post.
Similarly, if your order goes missing in the post, we will do all we can to follow it up with NZ post, but any refunds for items lost in the post must be applied for through NZ post. We are not resposible for items lost in the post. Please note, this is only applicable to NZ customers.
