FAQ 1. I am looking for parts which you don't have on the website. Can you help?
A1. Yes we will try our best to source the products for you from our extensive range of suppliers in Japan. Please send us an email at enquiry@xrc.co.nz with the details of products including parts no. We will email you with the price and ETA before you decide to order the products from us.
FAQ2. How can I pay?
A2. You can pay us using your credit card through paypal or your can deposit money directly into our bank account. Please follow the checkout instruction and you can choose option between pay by credit card or bank transfer.
FAQ3. What is your shipping charge within NZ?

Shipping Charges for the parts.
The cost of sending 1 part is $3.95 NZ Post Courier. Any order more than 1 part, shipping cost is $5 as we can combine the postage. So the more you order at once, the more you save on postage!
Shipping Charges for RC cars / Radio Gears.
For the RC car kit set and Radio Gears, the shipping cost is $5 per car / radio gear. They will be shipped by NZ Post Parcel Post (2 -3 working days delivery time).
FAQ4. Do you ship outside of New Zealand?
A4. Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world either from our NZ Depot or from our Japanese Depot. Please send us an email to enquiry@xrc.co.nz for a quote.
FAQ5. Is your price include GST in NZ?
A5. Yes, all the prices are inclusive of New Zealand GST (12.5%).
