Manufacturing Faults:
If you believe that the item you have bought from us has a manufacturer fault, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will further investigate the matter. If we find that the item does have a manufacturering fault, then we will either refund your money (minus any postage costs) or exchange the product for you.
Damaged Goods / Missing Items:
If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged in the post, we are more than happy to assist with any claims to NZ post.
Similarly, if your order goes missing in the post, we will do all we can to follow it up with NZ post, but any refunds for items lost in the post must be applied for through NZ post. We are not resposible for items lost in the post. Please note, this is only applicable to NZ customers.
Out of stock items:
While we will always endeavour to have our stock database up to date, there may be times when an item is listed as being in stock, when in fact it is actually out of stock. If you buy an item which turns out to be out of stock, we will either substitute for something similar (if this is possible) or refund your money as soon as we can. We will re-order the product hopefully within 3 weeks and notify you once it is in stock again, incase you are still in need of the item. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience any of this may cause you.
